Option Independent Fire Company was founded in 1923 by workers of the Option Mine. Today, we proudly serve our local community of Baldwin Borough.

The mission of Option Independent Fire Company is to serve, promote, represent, and support the best interests of the residents of Baldwin Borough whether it be Fire, Rescue, and/or Emergencies related to the citizens of Baldwin Borough and surrounding areas.
